How Language Support Works
Language Selection
- Select your language in Settings → Speech Engine → Language
- Use "Auto" for automatic language detection (whisper.cpp/Whisper)
- Switch languages on-the-fly without restarting
Model Selection
- Larger models provide better accuracy for all languages
- Use a Standard multilingual whisper.cpp model for non-English dictation
- Models are downloaded automatically on first use
